Many bakeries teach bean paste floral piping. We are probably the only in Singapore to offer them.
A delicious, low fat and healthier ingredient, white bean paste has been used in Japan and Korea for years in traditional desserts.
We've perfected our interpretation of it. Each piece is a shortbread cookie infused with Coffee, Matcha or Earl Grey, with a flower on top, hand-piped with Korean bean paste.
It's delicious - not too sweet, creamy, melts in your mouth, with a burst of coffee or tea flavour from the shortbread. Perfect for those who don't like sweet desserts.
Each set of 6 comes in a beautiful red box and comprise of random beautiful flowers - perfect for gifting. 2 cookies each of Coffee, Matcha or Earl Grey.
