Pickup or Delivery

  • We offer both self-pickup and delivery
  • Indicate your preferred date and time at checkout
  • You can also organize your own courier pickups. Just select preferred slot and provide your courier with your Order Number

Delivery Charges and Slots

Delivery hours: 10am – 6pm daily

🚚 Standard Delivery — $17

  • Within 4 hours
  • Slots ; 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm

⚡ Priority Delivery — $27

  • Within 1 hour, between 10am–6pm
  • Indicate your preferred slot at checkout (e.g. 10–11am)

🌙 Out-of-Hours Delivery — $40

Delivery Terms

  • Ensure your address, recipient name and mobile are correct at checkout
  • Deliveries arrive within your booked slot — we cannot provide exact ETAs or arrival notifications
  • All our deliveries within a slot are picked up and dropped off by location. It's not a one to one delivery.
  • Booking a delivery to arrive within 10am - 2pm means your order will arrive ANYTIME within this slot. Please contact us to check ONLY if your order didn't arrive within your slot.
  • Our products are perishable — failed deliveries require a new order and delivery charge
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is home and the address is correct
  • We are not responsible for products that have left our shops or left outside on customer's instruction
