Consumption & Storage

• We bake fresh to order — best enjoyed on the day!
• Cupcakes & cakes — consume within 2–3 days
• Shortbread cookies — consume within 2–3 weeks
• Bean paste flowers cookies— consume within 1 week

Serving Tips

• Always allow cupcakes and cakes to reach room temperature before eating — cold cakes are hard as we use real butter and not shortening.
  • Cupcakes — at least 30 mins out of the fridge
  • Cakes — at least 1-2 hours out of the fridge
  • Cakesicles / Cake Pops — chilled or room temp
  • Shortbread and bean paste cookies — at least 1 hour out of the fridge
• Never freeze our products

Halal?

• We use only Halal-friendly ingredients (no pork-derived, alcohol or gelatin products)
• We are not Halal-certified at this time

Nut-Free Options

• Unless clearly stated, our products do not contain nuts or nut-based products
• We are not certified allergy-free — ingredients like flour and sugar may have been processed in facilities that also handle nuts
